Welcome to my Homepage!

Hi! My name is Anne Goessling. I am currently a senior at Nebraska Wesleyan and I am majoring in Elementary Education with a minor in Theatre Arts. I am very excited to be student teaching in the spring of 2009!

I am making this website in my instructional technology class not only to become more comfortable with technology, but also to form a better understanding of the possibilities that I can use technology to teach in my classroom. On my website you will be able to find a Web quest, newsletter, capstone project, and PowerPoint. These are all projects that I created for my instructional technology class.

In my web quest students have all been sent back to the Middle Ages! The only way for future generations to know what we know and how we live is to write documents that can be saved for them to read. The students will research and explore what life was like in the Middle Ages and create a journal containing two entries written as if from the Middle Ages. Then students will work together as a class to put on a traditional fair from the time period of the Middle Ages for the rest of the school.
